Group learning is an effective way to approach development and hear a variety of voices, but sometimes we have needs or challenges that are best tackled with exclusive, undivided attention.

Private mentoring is a safe, confidential space where you can explore what’s on your mind and receive the personal care to help you move forward at pace.
Working together privately for four weeks means we can dive deeply into your unique needs and have the spaciousness for you to implement, trial or embed the strategies and tips we discuss. If you hit any bumps along the way I’m there to help you recalibrate.
I only take two private clients at a time in the four week intensive to ensure I have capacity to offer my full attention and energy.

Our time together is tailored entirely to your unique needs.
Some people need help with career progression, developing their profile, taking control of their career, or being a candidate of choice in their job search. Others need help developing their self belief, articulating their worth, owning their authority, overcoming a career plateau or managing pressure and avoiding burnout.
Whatever you need we can cover so you are well supported to move through the challenge you’re experiencing.
Some clients have requested their executive joins a session to understand what their aspirations are, what they’re working toward or to overcome so their executive understands how best to support them. This is not a requirement at all, but if that’s useful for you we can work it out.
Four weeks is appropriate for those who already have some clarity on their needs and goals and are fully committed to dive in and create change.
You’ll be guided with care by someone who has walked a mile in your shoes and understands what you need to feel empowered in your career and step into your full potential.

Private, weekly 60 minute calls (4 total) on the platform of your choice.
A personalised action plan to help maintain momentum at the end of the 1 month container.

Option to have your executive join a session to align if needed/appropriate (one of your 4 sessions or an additional session at an extra cost).
Before the session you’ll receive a short questionnaire to complete. This is to help ensure our time together is focused and of the highest value to give you maximum ROI.

I get it - life happens however, both of our time is valuable, so please understand the following conditions for booking.
I spend time in advance preparing for my calls and time is held in my schedule to work with you, meaning I can’t accept other work in that window. Last minute reschedules create lost time and pressure to create new free time for reschedules.
To honour both of our time, please provide 8 hours notice to reschedule. This enables me to manage my time effectively.
No shows forfeit the week’s booking entirely. Your booking may be rescheduled twice.
A 4 week container must be complete within 6 weeks of the start date. This is because the mentorship is an intensive and momentum matters.
Every effort will be made to offer you a range of times and dates so you can find something to work in with your schedule. This is why I limit the number of private client I work with.
