The Admin team leadership accelerator Course

strong team leadership delivers results.

How well led is your administration team?

In 2023, 60% of admin professionals worldwide indicated they did not have strong enough leadership of their administrative team in their organisation.

This is bad for business, creating missed opportunities for an aligned team to:

  • disrupt reactivity

  • create ease and flow and spaciousness where friction and pressure currently exists

  • be proactive with cost optimisation

  • increase organisational efficiency

  • align time/effort/energy to business priorities

  • operate with cross functional awareness

  • have clear progression and internal career runways

  • set the benchmark for excellence that an entire org will follow

  • deliver genuine value, unlocking ROI

It’s also bad news for the empowerment of teams. It creates missed opportunities to be developed in a meaningful way and have the advocacy that elevates admin professionals from being regarded as resources to talent in organisations.

For change to occur, it needs to begin from the top.

The problem is, too often those at the top are left to fend for themselves without clear direction, expectations or support and the grey area of missing reporting lines to navigate.

Those with leadership responsibilities aren’t being been trained or mentored to lead teams in a progressive way that’s fit for purpose in today’s business landscape.

This creates a lot of stress to navigate leadership alone by trial, error and instinct as and when capacity of day to day work allows. And anyone who does this work knows how challenging it is to manage your own workload and keep up with the pace of change without team leadership responsibilities in the mix.

It can be overwhelming.

It doesn’t have to be this hard.

become the leader you always wished you had 〰️

Great team leadership shouldn’t be left to chance and nobody should have to figure it out alone.

I created the Admin Team Leadership Accelerator course to meet the specific needs of admin team leaders - people like me in my former career - who want to make a difference and lead with more impact and much less stress.

Together we’ll navigate the key pillars all admin team leaders and managers need to work across to add value and foster a healthy and happy culture while developing the future proof teams that can drive organisational strategy as a collective.

FAQs

  • If you’ve done The Elite EA Academy you’ll definitely be set up or success but it is not required.

The only pre-requisite is to have a open heart and mind, a commitment to learning and supporting others and leadership responsibilities or the aspiration to be an admin team leader or manager.

  • Yes!

Whist we may have touched on similar theme in The Alchemist or Impactful Leader this course is focused on specifically leading teams. We deep dive into topics and themes relating to team leadership.

Those who have been through any of Rachael’s programs will benefit from this if they have responsibilities or an interest in leading or managing an admin team.

  • As with everything in life, we get back what we put in. The course has roughly 7 hours of video tutorials, further recommended reading and best practices to consider.

Depending on how deep you choose to go, spending 1-2 hours a week over the 2 months will see you get results.

  • The live call will be held within business hours in the AEST time zone, however if there is enough demand from registrants in European and the Americas time zones I will offer an additional call that falls within a mutually friendly time slot.

  • No you won’t.

The live call will be recorded and everyone has the ability to ask questions in advance so you don’t miss out on the guidance you need if you cannot make the live call.

A replay will be available immediately following the live call in the course portal.

  • Firstly, we operate on Chatham House Rules. That’s a circle of integrity and trust.

Secondly, if there’s something highly sensitive you want to ask, but in a private way, you can use the submit a question function in the course and I will respond to it on the call without revealing who has asked the question.

  • Unfortunately not, for efficient management of the program and to protect the integrity of each group.

It is self paced and the live calls are recorded so you won’t miss out if life gets busy.

  • Ummm….….no……

And I’m sure you can understand why!

We ask you kindly uphold the integrity that respects this as being intellectual property of Rachael Bonetti and observe copyright of the program and all of its downloadable materials just as you would with any other business, digital or print content.

If anyone is discovered through the administration analytics (just like Santa, we can see everything) to be piggy backing log-ins or circulating copyright course materials they’ll be removed from the program and refunds will not be given.

It’s a little bit like digital shoplifting, and that’s not cool, am I right?

Thank you for your respect , understanding and most of all, for your integrity.

It is important to ALL businesses, but particularly small businesses.

We can share suggested impactful wording for you to use as inspiration and tailor to suit your needs and objectives.

Why don’t we give you ALL the words to say?

Because that doesn’t create a high impact business case that will resonate for the person you support.

The wording is a great framework to start. Through personalising you’re demonstrating how doing the course will benefit your executive and your organisation and YOU.

  • This is an optional questionnaire.
