I’m Rachael, a former senior EA to CEOs and Chairs, keynote speaker, corporate trainer, Forbes Australia contributor, podcast host and global mentor to high-performing EAs.

Some modules are longer than others, but the beauty of a self-paced course is that you can hit pause and complete it in the time frame that works best with your lifestyle.
As a guide below is the watch time for tutorials:

The course is self-paced, so you’re in control of how you move through the content.
As a guide, I recommend setting aside a couple of hours per week to engage with the material and apply what you’re learning.
The value comes from giving yourself the space to think differently and embed it into your day-to-day work, rather than rushing through it.
If it’s helpful, you may also choose to speak with your manager about carving out time for your development while you’re completing the programme.

Call times are intentionally varied across the three-month programme to support participants across different time zones.
Calls are typically scheduled at 8:00am, 10:00am, 6:00pm and 8:00pm AEST/AEDT.

You’ll have 6 months’ access to the course content.
The live, facilitated component runs across the first 3 months, including live calls and community support.

The self-assessment is the final stage of the course. It’s your opportunity to pause, reflect, and take stock of your growth.
You’ll review what you’ve learned, how you’ve applied it, and the impact it’s had on your role and career. This is where the work becomes tangible and easier to articulate.
If you complete the self-assessment within the course timeframe (the deadline is shared at the start), you’ll be eligible to receive a certificate of completion and a transcript.
It’s not designed to be difficult. If you’ve engaged with the course, you’ll find it straightforward and genuinely valuable. For many, it’s the point where everything clicks.
