EXECUTIVE SUPPORT as a STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE
DEVELOPING confident teams GLOBALLY
From REAL WORLD PRACTICE to LEADERSHIP-CALIBRATED DEVELOPMENT
For nearly three decades, I worked alongside senior leaders — CEOs, entrepreneurs and founders — across multiple industries and regions. Operating in high-stakes environments gave me a deep understanding of how leadership decisions are made, where pressure concentrates, and how executive support quietly shapes outcomes.
That experience wasn’t theoretical. It was lived. I learned what it takes to operate at pace, manage complexity, and deliver impact without burning out — skills that are rarely taught, yet essential at senior levels.
In 2021, I stepped away from corporate life to focus on developing executive support capability more intentionally — translating real-world leadership expectations into practical, sustainable ways of working for executive assistants and teams.
Today, I work with executive assistants, leadership teams and organisations globally, delivering training and development that strengthens judgement, confidence and strategic contribution. The result is executive support that leaders trust — and organisations feel.
Why WORK
WITH ME
When you work with me, you’re not engaging a generic consultant or trainer. You’re drawing on nearly three decades of experience working inside senior leadership environments — across industries, geographies and organisational models.
I’ve supported leaders through periods of complexity and change, including corporate restructures, leadership transitions and critical business moments. That experience informs everything I do — ensuring the development I deliver is practical, grounded, and aligned with the realities executive teams face.
Global Experience
With international experience across Australia, the UAE, the UK and Asia, I understand the nuances of operating across cultures, industries and leadership contexts.
Proven Expertise in High-Stakes Situations
I’ve supported organisations through periods of significant complexity, including economic downturns, corporate crises and large-scale restructures. That depth of exposure has shaped how I work — allowing me to recognise patterns quickly, understand what matters in context, and deliver development that reflects the realities leaders and teams are operating within.
A Unique Skill Set
My work is informed by training in mindfulness, meditation and positive psychology, alongside my experience as a peri and menopause coach, a member of the IICT, and accreditation in First Nations Cultural Sensitivity. This background shapes how I design and facilitate learning — ensuring environments are safe, inclusive and appropriate, particularly when working with diverse teams, sensitive topics and the realities people bring into senior working lives.
STRATEGIC TRAINING FOR EAs
TOOLS and STRATEGIES for LASTING IMPACT
With nearly three decades supporting senior leaders, my work focuses on practical tools and strategies that stand up in complex, fast-moving environments. Each program is designed to be applied immediately — strengthening judgement, prioritisation and how executive support operates day to day.
Executive assistants sit at the centre of how organisations function. When the role is supported with the right frameworks and ways of working, teams move from reactivity to intention, and from task execution to strategic contribution that leaders can rely on.
My Training Supports EAs to:
Disrupt cycles of reactivity and focus on high-impact priorities
Build confidence and capability often overlooked in traditional EA development
Align the role with organisational strategy, creating measurable impact
The tools and strategies I share are tested in real-world environments and tailored to the demands of today’s organisations. From improving prioritisation and collaboration to supporting sustainable high performance, my work focuses on solutions that leaders and teams can rely on.

What SETS ME APART
I work at the intersection of executive support and organisational leadership — ensuring my work resonates with both executive assistants and the leaders they support. This dual perspective allows me to address complex challenges with context, clarity and relevance across the organisation.
-
Client confidentiality is paramount. I work with a high degree of discretion and respect my clients’ privacy at all times. Engagements and testimonials are shared only where clients explicitly choose to do so.
-
My work is shaped by current organisational realities and informed by ongoing learning and research. Every program is tailored to the specific context of the team — ensuring it addresses the challenges they are actually facing, not generic or outdated assumptions.
-
I work with intention and care, delivering live, customised training rather than repurposed or generic content. Each engagement is designed specifically for the team in front of me — ensuring quality, relevance and presence throughout the work.
-
Cultural awareness and respect are integral to how I work. With international experience across diverse environments, and accreditation in First Nations Cultural Sensitivity, I approach every engagement with care, consideration and inclusivity. All programs begin with an Acknowledgement of Country, and my materials are designed to reflect respectful, inclusive language across diverse identities and communities.
-
I believe in contributing to the profession and communities I work within. Through pro bono initiatives, scholarships, charitable contributions and accessible learning opportunities, I ensure my business creates impact beyond paid engagements. This includes offering free training and development to support administrative professionals who may not otherwise have access.
