the elite ea academy.

a unique course offered to full teams to support rising together

unlock your team’s full potential.

Success as an administration professional is often not a linear journey.

Those who succeed are the ones with the somewhat intangible soft skills, the special something that can take an entire career to develop.

Training and handovers frequently miss the mark. They share the ‘how’ and not the ‘why’ and this is is a huge disservice to all administration professionals.

It doesn’t truly set them up for success. It slows the process of reaching full potential. It creates career plateaus. It limits earning capacity. It impacts confidence and self-belief.

It also constrains an assistant from delivering impact and value to an organisation. It can take a year for an assistant to begin to completely own their role.

The Elite EA Academy is the missing link.

The learning and development within will enable your assistants to elevate the support they provide and stretch their thinking.

It will help them pave a meaningful career runway, one that will bring satisfaction, fulfilment, longevity and stay relevant in a changing world.

The program is created and delivered by someone with deep Executive Assistant experience, a proven track record of high performance and who has the tried and tested strategies, processes, disciplines, tips and tools that get results.

All strategies, processes, disciplines and ways of working have been tested and proven to be effective in:

  • Private and public companies

  • NFP and for profit

  • Several countries

  • Large, medium and small organisations

  • Start up environments, highly sophisticated/well established organisations, rapidly scaling environments and those on a transformation journey

  • Group matrix structures

  • Organisations that are recovering from a crisis or change in senior leadership

  • Supporting executives and leaders who already know how to partner with their assistant

  • Supporting leaders and executives who are on a learning curve of working closely with their assistant

The power of learning together.

Your team will be on the same journey, at the same time, inspired, motivated, sharing ideas, supporting each other. This creates an uplift in engagement and a cohesiveness that gets results.

Elevating as a collective means your team can add exponential value and ROI to the organisation.

Your organisation and your leaders will experience higher levels of innovation from the team as they work together to remove roadblocks and create ease and flow in your environment.

Your leaders can expect impactful and dynamic support that creates spaciousness for them, freeing them to focus on the issues that matter most.

  • "I realised in this course that I spend so much time thinking about others that it is quite uncomfortable to think about myself.  I have started the conversation with my Boss about my career progression and identifying experiences I want or development I need to get where I want to be."

    Kristi

  • "As a C-Suite Executive Assistant, I found myself in a position where I was looking for additional learning and training and even sometimes just some guidance on navigating certain complexities of the role, but felt that there wasn’t really anything out there that fit the bill as a lot of it is aimed at upskilling the entry-mid level market. It is sometimes lonely in this position, you can’t share and confide in just anyone and at the end of the day no-one can really “get it” more than someone who has been in the trenches so Rachael’s insight is invaluable”.

    Suzanne

  • “I would highly recommend all Executive Assistants within a business complete The Elite EA Academy together. At our company, the Executive Assistants are spread over multiple states and will mainly converse regarding diary management. By completing this course together we felt like an actual team. It provided a unique opportunity to focus on our development and support each other along the way ”

    ASHLEIGH

  • "For me it has been a real lightbulb moment how much "power" or authority an EA can have. Being fairly new in my role, I didn't understand how much you can actually take control and lead, being an EA."

    Johanna

  • “Rachael has the ability to dive into what is holding her clients back, equip them with the confidence and tools needed and send them off to conquer the world. She’s warm, compassionate and has a rock solid depth of corporate knowledge that helps her truly understand the issues faced by administrative staff at all levels, from Team Assistants to C Suite Executive Assistants”.

    Kylie

  • "There is more to being an EA than traditional transactional support, and following this course I can now see a remarkable and varied career in my future."

    Ashleigh

  • “Rachael is a leader in the EA coaching field, she is highly professional, personable and someone we highly recommend”.

    Danielle Loader, Director, WeRecruit Group

  • “It was exactly what I needed to reignite my motivation, reset my mindset on how I show up at work, and get clarity on the areas I need to focus on and lean into to get to where I want to be in my career as an assistant. It’s perfect for those looking for admin specialised personal development. I found the group discussions empowering and interesting in sharing our experiences, challenges and insights which we could all relate to”.

    Liz

  • “After years as a C-Suite EA I was looking for a reawakening of the ‘whys’ and the ‘hows’' of what I do. In this program Rachael uses her years of experience and insight to dig deep into the big question of identity, vision, boundaries and goal setting (plus more). Her perspective is empowering and her content gives you real, actionable ideas you can use today. Being able to come together with other admin professionals with common goals is invaluable. Do this course! Rachael is the real deal. You won’t look back!”

    Anne

  • “This was a valuable opportunity for me to join like-minded peers from different industries, and participate in a quality program where we have challenged and developed our thinking about how we perform as Executive Assistants”.

    Sarah

  • “I thought I’d let you know, that my CEO ended up giving me that pay rise I really wanted and I didn’t even have to ask for it. I started using techniques from the program and just pushed hard and he recognised my hard work and rewarded it. With an almost 40% increase to my salary and I have your help to thank for it”

    Sandra

  • "I have come away with a lot of helpful and thought provoking information about my work and how I show up each day to support as a C-suite Executive Assistant. However the greatest takeaway I've had from participating in this course is the boost to my confidence. After listening to Rachael's wealth of advice coming from her years of experience supporting at the highest levels of business, I know I am on the right track"

    Sarah

  • "Not only was the content informative, but Rachael’s support and delivery throughout was above and beyond! I’ve taken so much away from the program. It’s given me the motivation and the confidence I needed to apply for a promotion"

    Renae

  • "This is a great course for Executive Assistants to help them understand they do more than just 'do things', to know their impact. If it was not for those working hard behind the scenes, no organisation would function as well."

    Debbie

THIS COURSE IS FOR YOUr team If…

The launch pad to transformation.

  • They’d like support from someone who has personally done the work and ‘get’s the unique, weird and wonderful challenges admin professionals face every day.

They want to hit reset on your career or in your current role and explore a fresh approach to doing what they do.

They’ve had to figure everything out as they go and it’s worked so far because they’re resourceful and motivated, but they want to go from good to GREAT.

Their goals read as doing their job and it’s not creating the level of impact they’re capable of.

They want to expand their earning potential.

They’re new to C-Suite support and want help to lean into higher value, more strategic support vs tactical or transactional support.

They want to elevate the support they provide to Senior Management, Executives and Leadership teams to increase their impact.

Your executive or team are caught in a cycle of reactivity that is creating pain, overwhelm and frustration or anxiety.

They need a safe space to fine tune the essential skills all highly regarded, high performing EAs have in their toolbox, the dots EAs are left to connect alone as they move through their career.

They fell into this career and aren’t clear on their career options or what’s needed to progress.

They haven’t had grass roots training or on the job mentoring to help develop the thinking and mindset required to provide high performance, high value support.

They’ve lost your confidence, are held back by self doubt or have trouble stepping out of the comfort zone.

They have trouble backing themselves and going after what they want most in their career or workplace.

They want to be regarded as a leader, have increased influence, credibility, respect, recognition and reward.

They’re transitioning between admin careers (eg TA or PA to an EA role, or from senior management support to Executive or CEO support).

They feel a bit stuck or that you’ve plateaued in your current role or organisation.

They don’t know how to stretch the breadth of your role, adding more value to your employer and more career satisfaction for them.

They’re not sure of the value they bring to an organisation, or they know but have problems articulating it.

They don’t know what their strengths are, or do, but can’t leverage them in their current role.

They wish they understood how connecting to purpose and values helps set them apart in their ole and career.

They feel stuck in a constant cycle of burn out and stress and need help to show up as their best selves in work and life.

They’ve tried really hard to be proactive but can’t seem to make a true partnering support relationship click with their team or Executive.

They frequently don’t feel seen, heard, respected or valued.

To find their unique EA blueprint, to do things their way and have an impact and contribution that’s meaningful to them and a benefit to the organisation.

  • the Delivery

You choose your team’s start date.

8 modules of lessons are released for your team to work through at their own pace over 10 weeks.

They’ll receive email encouragement across the 10 weeks to help them maintain momentum and accountability.

The team can watch the tutorials and complete the exercises in their time, at their pace. This gives the spaciousness to allow the content to settle in their mind and begin to take action with the learnings.

Some of the videos are longer than others, some are bite size with thinking exercises to follow and there’s further reading, watching and listening recommendations for anyone who wants to go All In.

Refer to FAQs for more information.

  • live touch points

We begin with a 30 minute kick-off call so your team is set up for success to move through the course.

We have 4 x 90 minute group calls over the course of the 10 weeks where the team has the opportunity to ask questions and seek the support needed to move through any challenges or blocks.

Questions are submitted in advance of the call to maximise the time we have together and to develop the habit of preparing for commitments like an executive. There is plenty of space for interaction and support as a community throughout the call. Calls are recorded for those who can’t make the sessions live.

We operate on Chatham House Rules, creating a safe space for everyone to share what they’re experiencing.

Live call times are set to time slots within business hours that suit the majority of your team within Rachael’s availability.

    Visit FAQs to see more.

  • Embedding learning

Showing up to do the learning is amazing.

Taking action is what gets results and is an important part of any transformation journey.

After each module the team will be prompted to take action or set a commitment to help arrive at clarity, work through blocks and to create the positive change and impact they desire.

They will be encouraged to embed new ways of working, thinking and practices and reflect on their impact as we move through the course.

  • program pathways

There are two levels of access for the course.

To do the course with the group mentoring format.

Or go deeper with private mentoring to help individuals move through a challenge or block or strategise.

Choose the pathway that best meets your team’s needs and budget.

    Tier One | The course

Tier Two | The course + a private 90 minute strategy session with Rachael

See FAQs for more pathway detail.

  • upOn Completion

At the end of the course individuals may be eligible to receive a certificate of completion and transcript describing each module’s focus and outcomes.

They can use this to support their next performance review or goal setting discussion, clearly articulating their areas of impact.

It can also support development conversations to help their executive understand how to invest in them (both on the job learning and utilising training budgets) and leverage their strengths and passions for highest impact and ROI.

They’ll need to complete a final assessment to receive this and this is offered as incentive to keep up with the course work and complete everything within the designated timeframe.

If they’ve been doing the work the assessment will be easy.

    See FAQs for more detail.

Get in touch to discuss pricing as it varies dependent on group size (Sliding discount scale for multiple places in the same intake) and whether private mentoring is included.

the investment.

FAQs for your team.

  • Yes!

This is an expanded course with new content.

Some of the topics you have already touched on in The Alchemist or Impactful Leader are in here, but are explored in greater depth or with different information in this course

Content reflects the period of recalibration we are now in with the pandemic and the shifts to ways of working, challenges and opportunities associated with that.

Those who have been through any of Rachael’s programs will benefit from this.

  • Some modules are longer than others, but the beauty of a self-paced course is that you can hit pause and complete it in the time frame that works best with your lifestyle.

As a guide below is the watch time for tutorials:

    Module 1: ~2 hours

    Module 2: ~1 hour

    Module 3: ~ 2 hours

    Module 4: ~2 hours

    Module 5: ~1.5 hours

    Module 6: ~1.5 hours

    Module 7: ~2 hours

    Module 8: ~10 minutes

  • As a self-paced course you are in control of how and where you do the work.

I recommend building in a couple of hours a week. Over the course of a week, this isn’t a lot of time.

It comes down to deciding to prioritise your development and then make the choices of how you want to spend your time to support you to do this.

10 weeks isn’t a long time : consider where your time leaks are. Maybe it’s wasting time on socials or watching Netflix and you can create free time by curbing these pass times for a short while.

You may also want to speak with your manager to tell them you are working on career development and see whether you can have study time out.

  • This is an accountability measure.

It’s one thing to do show up and listen to the information shared, and another to take the action that is going to truly support you with true transformation and growth.

If you enrol, it’s for a reason.

    You want something to change.

You’re tired of some aspect of the way you’re working, how your career is playing out or you want much, much more.

And that’s what I want for you, to experience the change you want.

I’ll be supporting you every step of the way, and this is one of the ways I can motivate you in a self paced course, and to keep at it when you feel resistance or challenged.

The questionnaire will touch on each topic and you’ll be asked to share your experience with each.

It will be a combination of multiple choice and short form answers which I’ll personally review.

It will take you 45 minutes to an hour to complete thoughtfully.

If you’ve been doing the work, asking questions etc you will find it EASY.

It is designed to support you further.

To help cement what you have been working on, crystallise your clarity, and then be able to articulate it to help your career growth and progression.

You have 2 weeks post course completion to complete the final step.

  • I’m glad you asked!

We’ve had internal promotions, secondments, new roles, leadership responsibilities , new careers entirely (EAs to CoS, project managers, social media managers, VAs and event managers).

We’ve also had massive pay rises (one client who went all-in received a 40% increase without asking!).

    The bottom line is this:

if you do the work, if you lean into the challenges, you will experience positive change.

  • Every effort will be made to mix up live call timing so all participants have an opportunity to attend whatever geography / market they’re in in your organisation.

Rachael is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Replays will be available for those who can’t make the live calls so you won’t miss out, and you can still ask questions if you’re not physically present.

  • Yes!

This is one of the reasons questions are submitted in advance.

If there are themes they’ll be bundled together to maximise our time together.

You’ll see the response when you watch the call replay.

  • Absolutely not!

The group coaching / Q+A calls along with the content is extremely effective.

If you do the work, the learning alone and the Q+A calls for questions get results.

The 1:1 tier exists for those clients who prefer to have the opportunity of a private call to dive into an issue or challenge they’re experiencing.

  • Whatever you need clarity on or support with!

This is your time, to be used however you need it. We go deep on the area you need support in most.

We can discuss your career aspirations, or any blocks or challenges you are experiencing.

Some folks need specific strategies or tools to make a process more efficient or to work with others in a more impactful way.

Some need support with avoiding burnout.

Others want to refine communication style or skills, get personalised help with goal setting or mindset work.

Come prepared with what you’d like to discuss and what you’d like to get out of our chat so you get the maximum benefit of our time together.

  • We understand life happens!

You can reschedule your 1:1 twice, with 24 hours notice.

Here are some of the finer details relating to 1:1s:

You receive a calendar invitation that has the option to reschedule and you’ll get a reminder about the upcoming call.

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind on booking a 1:1.

No shows will result in the 1:1 being forfeited and refunds will not be given as the time has been blocked out to work with you and other bookings couldn’t be accepted.

1:1s are to be used by the close date of the program.

  • Never ever.

This is a common practice in the training and coaching world where recordings are saved and used to build out content for other programs and products.

We NEVER re-purpose recordings and don’t support that as a practice.

We take confidentiality very seriously, it’s what helps create a safe space and a special community.

At the end of each intake all live calls are deleted.

Replays do not have the ‘download’ function available to anyone watching.

You can rest assured replays will never be shared with anyone who is not in the intake.

  • Ummm….….no……

And I’m sure you can understand why!

We ask you kindly uphold the integrity that respects this as being intellectual property of Rachael Bonetti and observe copyright of the program and all of its downloadable materials just as you would with any other business, digital or print content.

If anyone is discovered through the administration analytics (just like Santa, we can see everything) to be piggy backing log-ins or circulating copyright course materials they’ll be removed from the program and refunds will not be given.

It’s a little bit like digital shoplifting, and that’s not cool, am I right?

Thank you for your respect , understanding and most of all, for your integrity.

It is important to ALL businesses, but particularly small businesses.

  • The perfect build on this program is the Mastermind, coming in late 2023.
