unlock full potential, sustain healthy high performance.

Hi, I’m Rachael Bonetti and I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re ready to do things differently in your career or your organisation, you’re in the right place.

A little back story.

For 27 years I worked in the corporate trenches partnering with some of the best minds in business all over the world. Change makers, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, a billionaire and high profile business leaders - the 1%.

In 2021 I stepped away from my corporate career to share the powerful lessons I learned about creating impact, presence, prioritisation, strategic planning, influence, productivity and most of all - how to sustain high performance without the burn out. All the things I had to learn the hard way, alone.

Today I work with executive teams, leadership teams and have supported thousands of executive assistants all over the world through masterclasses, my courses and with in-house full team development sessions.

My mission.

My mission is clear: I aim to ensure that no assistant ever feels isolated or left to figure out the path to becoming a high-performer and making a substantial impact.

Assistants play a direct and vital role in the success of both executives and organisations, yet their professional development is often overlooked.

Investing in their growth is, in essence, an investment in the prosperity of your business. The learning, development, and consulting services I provide serve as the crucial bridge, unlocking exponential return on investment.

I am a passionate advocate for the assistant community, working to shed light on the changes needed for this profession to truly flourish

HOW I HELP.

I partner with organisations to help remove colliding peak pressure periods and ease organisational friction. This creates spaciousness to focus on what matters most: delivering on strategic priorities whilst safeguarding employee engagement and wellbeing. I bridge the gap between the art and science of sustainable, healthy high performance.

I share strategies, tools, disciplines, best practices and ways of working that have been rigorously tested and proven to create ease and flow in organisations, disrupting the reactivity cycle.

Drawing from my own career journey, I develop and deliver the learning opportunities I wished were available to me. These are smart, relevant, and pragmatic resources that empower assistants to think and collaborate like executives, maximising their impact.

I currently offer private mentoring, public and private courses, workshops, strategy days and masterclasses.

Fairness, equality and inclusion is important to me and I walk the talk. I’m committed to ensuring learning and development is accessible to all assistants.

Since my business doors opened in 2019, I've consistently provided complimentary training to the global community. In 2023 alone, I offered 25 free development opportunities, empowering individuals, expanding knowledge, and addressing critical issues impacting assistants today.

credentials.

Collaborating with me means accessing genuine, extensive expertise spanning a diverse range of industries, sectors, and businesses—both public and private, of all scales and structures.

With close to three decades of experience, I've supported top-level business operations in Australia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Asia.

My background encompasses navigating the most challenging scenarios an organisation can face, including significant economic downturns (such as the GFC), high-profile corporate crises, prominent corporate litigation, Royal Commissions, Senate inquiries, pandemic response, large-scale restructures, delistings, IPOs, acquisitions, sales of businesses, and transitions in C-Suite leadership and NED positions. There's very little I haven't encountered or actively participated in.

As a certified wellbeing practitioner and a member of the IICT, I also hold accreditations in First Nations Cultural Sensitivity. It's of utmost importance to me to create safe, trauma-informed spaces where all clients feel welcome and supported.

These certifications, combined with my extensive career journey, provide me with a distinctive perspective on delivering value and establishing conditions that enable everyone to thrive in their workplace.

The point of difference.

I pride myself on doing things differently. My career experience taught me valuable lessons about confidentiality, discretion, leading with purpose and the importance of customer listening. I carry these lessons into the way I conduct my business.

Discretion: I respect my client’s privacy. Unless a client shares that they’re working with me first, you won’t see me share who I’m working with publicly or on socials. Testimonials are only ever shared on a first name basis for the same reason.

Relevance: I don’t rinse and repeat classes or talks. Why? The landscape is perpetually in motion and needs evolve quickly. I have almost three decades of experience to draw from, but I don’t lean on that alone. Quality content is critical to create impact and my corporate work is tailored to ensure I meet the unique needs of each team. I stay ahead of trends and include current, cited research in all of my offerings. I also regularly conduct research across the global assistant community to ensure what I’m sharing is relevant for the needs of assistants and organisations today. I keep my finger on the pulse.

Integrity: A common group coaching practice is to re-purpose call recordings to create on-demand classes or for future students to view. I never do this. I also only partner or collaborate with people and businesses that operate with integrity. If a client would like to work with me and their need is not in my wheelhouse, I refer them to another trusted trainer who can support them.

Respect. I believe until we are all treated fairly, none of us can truly thrive. Cultural sensitivity is front of mind for me, and with every geography I work in. Having had an international career, I am tuned into the unique needs of different cultures. All of my corporate classes begin with an Acknowledgement of Country, even where there is an international audience. I use inclusive language in my materials and classes.

Giving back: My podcast guests are people who are making a difference in the world. I offer free classes so all assistants have access to learning and development. My business donates to many charities including: Breast Cancer Australia, Share The Dignity, SecondBite, Women’s Spirit Project, Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, UNICEF and DV Safe Phone. Since being in business I’ve offered scholarship places in my courses to disadvantaged assistants experiencing genuine hardship. I also periodically teach free meditation and earth mindfulness classes in my local community to ensure everyone has access to practices that support mental health.
